Each year the Association of Real Estate Funds makes several highly-sought-after awards both to those member funds and individual fund managers who have been standard-bearers for the industry over the course of the previous year. The Investors’ Award for Outstanding Achievement this year seeks to recognise those funds that have made the greatest contribution towards addressing both physical and transactional climate risk through the decarbonisation of their operations, but also in comprehensively communicating their progress and achievements to investors at both at fund and asset level.
